Battersea Park

Located opposite London's affluent Chelsea, Battersea Park is Victorian park that spans around 200 acres built between 1854 and 1870. Beautifully kept all year round, the park has a riverside promenade that stretches between Battersea and Chelsea Bridges, a large lake that and even a children's zoo. A great open space to visit in any season...

One of Soho's most intimate bars is Bar Termini. Perched on the top end of Old Compton Street, Bar Termini is one of the capital's cutest, cosiest bar spots. The menu is as small and intimate as the venue itself, with particular attention paid to the Negroni cocktail (there are four options on the menu).

We don't suggest it's the place to spend the whole evening, but do suggest you either start or end your night there to add a little Italian glamour to your date.

If you’re looking to explore a different side to London, head East and check out Rehab. Based in a former launderette, its exposed brickwork and low, soft lighting help create a stripped-back, raw, intimate atmosphere. Serving a good range of wines, beers, cocktails and shorts - Rehab is great little East end spot for those looking for a change from the sites of the West End.

With both an eye-catching cocktail menu and decor to match, Powder Keg Diplomacy is one of South London's hidden gems when it comes to fun, cool, quirky bars. Located just a short walk from Clapham Junction Station. It's vibe, mellow and eclectic with a slight edge of vibrancy. It's look, 'quirky Victoriana' which is reflected throughout.

It's menu, led by mouth watering sourdough pizza. It's drink offering; cocktails of various shapes and sizes, fine wines, beers and ales and coffees and teas. A great place to go if you're looking to step out of the West End for a night.

Weeknights whilst a tad more laid back, you can be assured of more buzzy atmosphere on the weekend, when Bottomless Brunch is a available and DJs are welcomed in the evenings.
